Meet Melis Michael
Melis joins us from Belgium and has worked in the print and packaging industries for many years. His background spans a wide range of companies, from software providers and press manufacturers to packaging specialists. Over the years, he’s been involved in international sales, business development, and channel management across regions including the UK, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa.
One of Melis’s strengths is navigating different markets and adapting to the specific needs of each. He has experience with both direct and indirect sales models and has worked with everything from ERP systems to digital and flexo printing technologies.
His multilingual skills (English, French, German, and conversational Dutch) have proven useful in international sales and relationship-building.
Introducing Leonard Dürr
Based in Germany, Leonard comes to us with a background in the corrugated packaging and flexographic printing sectors. Most recently, he worked in sales leadership at a company specializing in pre-print systems for industrial corrugated production. His responsibilities ranged from developing long-term sales strategies to managing international partner networks.
Leonard has also worked in project management, business development, and even co-founded a small food business early in his career. His track record includes experience in customer acquisition, contract negotiations, and strategic market analysis, particularly in Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia.
We believe his structured, analytical approach to sales and practical knowledge of production will prove valuable in customer discussions.
Looking ahead
Both Melis and Leonard are currently getting up to speed with our product portfolio, market segments, and internal workflows. While their exact focus areas are still being defined, they'll be working closely with existing customers, exploring new opportunities, and supporting our partners in various regions.
We're in a time when flexibility and adaptability are key, not just in technology, but also in our relationship-building and customer support. Adding new team members allows us to see things from a fresh perspective and adjust as necessary.
