Right-click the Windows Start icon, type 'Control Panel' and press Enter. 3. Select 'View by': 'Category'. 4. Click on 'View Devices and printers'. 5. Click 'Add a printer'. 6. Select the printer manufacturer 'Generic' and the printer 'Generic/Text Only'. 12.
